Pamela and Garrett, Seaside Oregon, August 19th, 2010

Pamela and Garrett were both born and raised in Seaside so what better

place to plan a wedding! I have been working with them for almost a year
planning their day and one thing they always stessed about their pictures
was they did not want anything "touristy." So they spent time scouting
out locations that meant something to them. Their hard work paid off!
The locations they picked were so much fun to work with, so many options
for a photographer. When your wedding day is filled with the few simple
necessities, 20 guests, each other and a 7 course dinner at your favorite
restaurant how can it be anything other than perfect. That is how I would
describe it and I am sure they would too. I was honored to be a part
of it!

Ah - Mel and Nick!! These two kids are great fun, and their bridal party were game for a laugh too! We all braved the 95 degree sun, battled with broken toilets, broken glasses, almost pawned their new wedding rings and had a fantastic time!

Here are my faves from the day:

Check out this event!

What a beautiful wedding and fantastic day we were able to share with Patty and Pete last week. The wedding was at the groom's parents house: Huge, lots of trees and surrounded by wheat fields. They should consider renting their property as a wedding venue! Pete is a Washington County firefighter and we used a fire engine as a prop. Patty is sweet and so elegant and you can tell in her photos at the sunset on the glowing wheat fields, she looked gorgeous!

Passion, Love, and good light! What else can we ask for the perfect shoot?
